What Postiba is
Postiba is a Windows desktop application that helps you list secondhand fashion items on Vinted, Depop, Poshmark, Mercari and eBay. Postiba is not a marketplace. Postiba does not process sales, does not handle payments between you and buyers, does not hold inventory, does not ship items.
Your account
To use Postiba, you create an account with an email you control. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. If you suspect your account was accessed by someone else, write to support@postiba.com and we help you rotate the password.
Subscriptions
Postiba is sold on monthly subscription. Prices are in euros, inclusive of applicable VAT. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from inside the app. Downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation stops the next renewal, your access to the paid plan continues until the current period ends.
Refunds
EU consumers have a fourteen-day withdrawal right by law. Ask for the refund within fourteen days of the first payment and you get the money back, full stop. After that window, no refund on partially consumed months.
Acceptable use
Do not use Postiba to publish stolen or counterfeit items, to spam marketplaces with duplicate listings of the same physical item, or to circumvent marketplace bans issued against you. Marketplace terms apply on top of ours, if you violate theirs, Postiba is not liable but we may suspend accounts we find in repeated abuse.
Marketplace credentials
Postiba automates form filling on marketplaces where you have accounts. You give Postiba the login by signing into the marketplace inside a Postiba window on first setup. Marketplace cookies stay on your PC, encrypted, our servers never hold them. You remain responsible for compliance with the marketplace terms of service.
Availability
Postiba runs on your PC. When your PC is off, features like auto-delist wait until you turn it back on. Our servers (accounts, billing, updates) aim for high availability but we do not offer a formal uptime guarantee on Free or Cross. If our servers are down you can still work on your listings and drafts on the PC.
Liability
Postiba is provided as is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. This does not limit liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Postiba is registered. Disputes go to the competent court of that jurisdiction.
