The whole thing happens on your PC. Your photos stay with you, your marketplace logins stay with you, and there is no monthly quota you did not sign up for.
Drop the photos in.
Take the photos with your phone the same way you always do. Move them to your PC (drag from your camera roll, iCloud, Photos, whatever). Drop the folder into Postiba.
Postiba cleans the background, crops to the right ratio for each marketplace, straightens the shot and puts the best one first. A batch of twenty photos is ready in under a minute, and nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Postiba fills the details.
Category, brand, color, size, material and condition come from the photo. You correct what is off, ignore what is fine.
Title and description come from a template you edit once, and every future listing inherits your voice. No monthly extra bill, no waiting for anything to finish loading.
Publish everywhere in one click.
Pick the marketplaces you want the item on (Vinted, Depop, Poshmark, Mercari, eBay). Click publish. Postiba opens each marketplace, signs in with the session you saved on first setup, fills the form and posts.
You watch the progress line by line. If a marketplace refuses the listing (banned word, wrong category, missing size on that platform), Postiba tells you exactly what to fix.
When you sell
Auto-delist so you never sell the same thing twice.
The moment a marketplace marks your item as sold, Postiba delists it from the other marketplaces you cross-posted it to.
The short version
Postiba checks each connected marketplace every fifteen minutes. When it sees an item flipped to sold, it delists that same item from the others in the next few seconds. You get a Windows toast: Zara jacket sold on Vinted, delisted from Depop.
The honest caveat
Auto-delist runs on your PC. If your computer is off, the check happens the next time you turn it on. In the meantime, two buyers could in theory buy the same item on two different marketplaces. Real risk stays under one percent of sales at the check frequency we ship. We keep working to reduce it further.
What Postiba is not
A short list of what Postiba will not do for you.

It does not upload your photos to a cloud.
Everything runs locally. The only thing that leaves your PC is the listing itself, and only when you click publish.

It does not run 24 by 7 in the cloud.
Postiba lives on your PC. When the PC is off, the auto-delist check waits until you turn it back on. This is a tradeoff we made to keep your marketplace logins off our servers.

It does not sell on Facebook Marketplace.
Facebook blocks tools like Postiba pretty aggressively. We could add it and watch it break every two weeks, or wait until Facebook opens the door officially. We chose to wait.
