About

Built for the reseller who does not want to spend the evening on copy paste.

You take one photo, write one description, set one price. Postiba puts the same listing on Vinted, Depop, Poshmark, Mercari and eBay for you, and takes it down from the others when it sells.

Why this exists

If you sell secondhand clothes, you already know the drill: shoot the item once, then retype the same title, the same size, the same description into three or four different marketplaces. Every evening.

Postiba fixes exactly that. One listing, five marketplaces, in the time it used to take to fill in one. When the item sells on Vinted, the copy on Depop and Poshmark comes down on its own. You get your evenings back.

What we chose to leave out

Your photos stay on your PC and nothing is uploaded to our servers, ever. Your marketplace passwords stay on your PC too, we never see them. Descriptions come from templates you write once, so every listing sounds like you without having to rewrite the same thing five times. And there is no mobile app: fashion photos come off a camera or a phone that dumps them to a PC, so the PC is where Postiba lives.

Facebook Marketplace is not in the list either. Meta blocks third-party automation aggressively, and we would rather ship a Vinted flow that works every day than a Facebook flow that breaks every two weeks.

Who runs this

Postiba is built by a founder-engineer who watched a friend spend her evenings retyping the same Zara jacket into three separate marketplace forms. The full team headcount, product plus engineering, fits in one email thread. Support answers land on support@postiba.com and you get a reply from a person who wrote the code.

Write to us, we read every email.
